This is module 1 of our 3-module short skills programme, accredited with Services SETA. Participants will learn the essential value of adopting a customer-centric mindset within their organisations. It will cover an in-depth discussion on the substantial benefits, such as enhanced customer loyalty and business growth, that a customer-centric approach can offer. Participants will then explore three key areas critical to developing a strong customer-centric culture: leadership roles, employee engagement strategies, and customer feedback mechanisms. By aligning these elements, they will foster a customer-focused environment. Additionally, they will develop a comprehensive framework for addressing customer relationships using the 5E Framework (Engage, Educate, Equip, Empower, and Evaluate) to strengthen relationships and improve service delivery. The session concludes with practical techniques to enhance collaboration across teams and departments, ensuring superior service delivery and a sustainable customer-centric mindset. This course includes training time, PoE workshops, and all required preparation for gain competence for the SETA accreditation.
